Firkin Hells captures the essence of German brewing excellence. At a modest 4%, minimal bitterness, light straw in colour and combined with premium German hops and yeast; this lager is the embodiment of refreshment. Prost!!

Hi-Fi Lager
Hi-Fi is a strong and jubilant kolsch style lager. Brewed with classic german hops, malts give a sweetness and golden hue with the hops providing a balanced bitterness. Coming in at 5%; Hi-Fi strikes the perfect chord between drinkability and flavour depth.

Ladywell Pale Ale
Ladywell Pale is a refined and sessionable pale ale. Using mosaic hops; the aroma gives grapefruit, stone fruit and citrus notes. Hazy and straw-like in colour. A light bitterness allows it to be a balanced and approachable experience.

Rocksteady IPA
Rocksteady showcases the dynamic duo of cascade and chinook hops; filling the glass with citrus and pine aromas. A modern twist on the classic west coast IPA with haze and straw like colour. A light bitterness kicks off which becomes mellowed by the thick sweetness of the malt.

Dub is a smooth and velvety nitro stout that offers a gentle yet full-bodied experience, perfect for those seeking a lighter, easy-drinking stout. It’s a rich blend of roasted malts, dark chocolate, and subtle coffee notes pouring with a creamy head; creating a beautifully smooth mouthfeel, enhancing the flavours while delivering a soft, pillowy finish.
As Firkin Brewery expands, we'll be able to branch out into brewing seasonal & one off beers which we're already thinking about. Head Brewer Elliot is particularly keen to get experimenting with Sour & Fruited Beers, so expect lots of exciting things to come!
